This company i am recruiting for now is an international fitness brand based in Leeds. I have recruited numerous roles for them over the last few years and they are a truly great business to be part of. They are a fast-moving digital marketing company whocreate premium fitness supplements and workout guides, selling them direct to customers around the world.Its a relaxed working environment. In an environment where this is possible and encouraged, they feel accomplished and satisfied, not stressed-outand overworked.Due to consistent success coupled with exciting plans for the future they are now looking to recruit an experienced Designer who also has some experience in Visual Design.You will work alongside their Brand and Marketing and Development teams on a rangeof exciting projects including website design, brand design and wider campaigns. The role will be home based for the first 6 months, progressing to 2-3 days per week in a Leeds based office from early 2022.You will work alongside our Brand, Marketing and Development teams on a range of exciting projects including website design, brand design and wider campaigns. • Developing and managing all aspects of design and creative output for a range of nutrition/sports nutrition brands.
• You will be responsible for developing, designing and creating brand and product led campaign assets.
• Also capable in designing landing page layouts.
• Developing and designing campaignsacross paid and owned channels.
• Creation of on and off-site elements to support the customer journey (infographics, product imagery and renders).
• Checking and approving assets before go live.
• Quick turnaround adaptation.
• Support Marketing, Brand, Campaign and PR team on daily basis with ongoing projects. Work as part of the team.
• Ensuring design and creative deliverables are aligned to the requirements of each channel.
• Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time.
• As part of a cross-functional team, you will be in charge of leading and managing the creative output.
• You will be partnering with the Marketing team - as well as working closely with other areas of the business - to attract and retain customers through the full spectrum of digital marketing channels.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+years experienceas a visual, brand, and/or motion designer.
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps and other design tools
• Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with design systems and UI interfaces is a significant advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in, visual design, motion design, 3D and preferably some experience of Ecommerce UI.

• Visual Design: Creation of key visuals and brand led communication assets
• Motion Design: Prototyping interactions, video advertising, Blender 3D animations
• Print Design: Packaging design and print design
• 3D Design: Adobe Dimension software, Blender animations and photo setting
• UI Design: E-commerce, landing pages, and design system

Technical experience required:

• Strong working knowledge of digital communication development
• Capable in developing new campaign and standalone asset ideas
• Video editing: Adobe Premiere, Rush and After Effects
• Product photography and image manipulation
• Illustration skills for Logo creation
• Basic sound design knowledge for video advertising
• Great communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to colleagues
• Working to deadlines and ensuring projects are completed within required timescale
• Managing, coaching and development of Junior Designer
• Commercially aware, specifically in understanding the role of on and off site communication in driving business growth

• Salary based on experience
• Remote based, ideal candidate to be within 2 hours of Leeds (for monthly team meetings and ad hoc visits when required).
