Are you a Video and Edit producer who is a real self-starter Are you creative with a keen eye for details and aestheticsYou will have the opportunity to join our newly formed Design and Motion team, an integral part of our in house studio and design team. This role will see you being responsible for the shooting, editing and delivery of video social and digital content used across the Asda digital and social channels. Youll create a broad range of content including products, customer and colleague films as well as creating campaign and event assets. Your role will involve recording and editing bespoke video, audio and digital content to agreed briefs, creative treatments and specific channel & platform specifications.You will be a team player with digital production experience who works closely with digital producers in your team to plan shoots, conduct location recces, source and set up locations and props. Youll also ensure scripts, shoot schedule and briefs are created by working with the Content Producer, ensuring productions run effectively, on time and budget. You will be a key part of this team responsible for developing strong working relationships across the business. You will be passionate about visual content with a great creative eye and strong attention to detail.You will bring your creative expertise and technical knowledge to the role. This is an exciting time to join Asda as part of the new Design and Motion team and you will be able to bring your videographer skills to the role. You should be able to edit self shot as well as external footage to a TV grade standard. You will also manage an internal video library of content and be responsible for digital equipment including its maintenance. This role will involve overseeing the work of a junior designer as needed so some coaching and leadership skills would be an asset to the role.Your roleYou will be a key part of a newly formed team in the business, specifically, you will be responsible for the creation of social and broadcast content, from planning and preproduction, through shooting and editing to deliver and finally archiving. You will use your expert eye to ensure multimedia content is delivered on time, on brief and budget.You will work both independently and cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders including those who work in our marketing agencies, our wider design team and channel experts internally. You will also work closely with external suppliers and stakeholders on shoots and locations.You will be driven by success, including ensuring all creative is delivered on time, on brief and budget. You will be a core part of the team striving for content excellence and ensuring all video content aligns to wider marketing plans or business needs.You will be a self-starter who is motivated and driven and is used to working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects. You will get to travel as part of the role, including for meetings and location shoots.About You

You will have 3-5 years experience of self shooting and editing and be able to share examples of your work.

You will have digital production experience working either in house or at an agency

You will have an eye for detail and a good aesthetic view

You are organised and have excellent time and project management skills

You will thrive working in a fast-paced and varied environment and be able to balance multiple projects and deadlines at one time, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on time and budget

You are a team player with excellent cross-functional working abilities.
