Job Title: Vehicle TechnicianLocation: LeedsDuration: PermanentRequired Licence: up to 3.5 tonneWe are currently recruiting for a number of Vehicle Technicians at our Leeds Workshop for permanent positions, to earn over £45,000 per annum.Do you want to join the largest fleet operator in the UK Do you want to take the next step and develop your careerWelcome Bonus of £1500 ( subject to conditions)Salary:£35,364 per annum plus shift allowance and overtimeA Vehicle Technician can expect to earn over £45,000 per annum including overtime. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the hourly rate.A weekend supplement for Saturday (£50 per attendance) and Sunday (£100 per attendance) shift attendance is applicable.Shifts:39.5 hours per week - rotating shiftsWeek 1 - Tuesday to Saturday. 7:00am - 15:24pm. (Saturday hours 6:00am - 14:24pm, the Saturday attracts a £50 supplement)Week 2 - Monday to Friday. 13:36pm - 22:00pm. This shift attracts an allowance of £15.60 a day (£78 per week)The Role:With a Fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, meeting the challenge of maintaining our vehicles is a real team effort. With the opportunity to work on a range of makes and models of vehicle, there couldnt be a better time to join the team as a Vehicle Technician.We are looking for professional Vehicle Technicians to perform a full range of inspections, diagnosis, maintenance and repair procedures on a range of vehicle, trailers and mechanical equipment. As a team player who takes real pride in their work, youllbe prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done effectively.As an experienced technician you will have your own personal toolkit equipped to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light/heavy vehicles.
