Working with a selection of dedicated clients you could be performing regular cyclical valuations on a monthly,quarterly, or annual basis. Becoming a real expert on the assets in your portfolio and developing exceptional relationships with existing and new clients are key to this role. Whilst this role will involve some report writing, the majority of time will bespent serving as a market expert and regularly reviewing existing portfolios. This role is suited to a Surveyor with 2+years PQE up to AD level.ProfileThis role is suited for junior to senior Valuation Surveyors, not including AD. It is equally as suited for those with fund valuation experience in the past as much as those with more general experience looking to expand their personal experience portfolio.An individual with the desire to progress and develop is key.
