Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing have a fantastic opportunity for a Validation Engineer to join an industry leading manufacturer in West Yorkshire.Working alongside a fast growing engineering team, you will be primarily responsible for producing detailed validation documentation, technical manufacturing activities, cross functional participation in key projects and more. The role offers a great platformfor an ambitious validation engineer to thrive and grow within an established business looking to further develop. The Validation Engineers duties and responsibilities will include:* Produce detailed MVP, pFMEAs & participate in risk assessment activities in accordance with ISO 14971. * The validation of manufacturing activities including IQ, OQ and PQ protocols and reports for new processes, components and finished devices.* Appropriate retrospective validation activities to bring the products in line with CFR 820.* Project participation - Ensure NPI projects are transferred into manufacturing on time and to budget.* Adhere to GDP and actively contribute to reviewing and maintaining all associated Validation and Verification documents including but not limited to: Technical Files & Design History Files (DHRs).* Processing and Validation data analysis using Minitab software.* Define, create and run detailed mechanical test programs and produce fully auditable technical reports.* Assisting with the implementation of corrective actions surround in all validation activities following customer complaints and both internal and external NCRs/CAPAs. * Review all current associated documentation against current regulatory requirements and plan/execute all corrective actions. The successful candidates should able to demonstrate:* Previous validation experience in a highly regulated working environment such as Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive or Medical device manufacturing. * A professional attitude and flexible approach to working. * Efficiency with great attention to detail and commercial awareness of project deadlines.* Ideally from a precision manufacturing background * Strong experience of measurement and data analysis software such as CMM and MinitabElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
