Job Description

Vacancy: Experienced Solicitor – Industrial DiseaseAward winning north Leeds firm is looking for an Experienced Solicitor to join their Industrial Disease team.Key TasksDealing with pre litigation and post litigation Industrial Disease claims including NIHL, HAVS, RSI and respiratory matters.Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience of dealing with personal injury litigation
  • Understanding of CPR.
  • Experience in negotiating.
  • History of working to and achieving cost targets.
Desired Experience
  • Experience of case management systems, for example Proclaim
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience of dealing with ID litigated claims, Preferable from a claimant but Defendant experience will also be considered
  • Excellent client care.
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to cope in a demanding environment.
  • Good attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good teamwork.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
