Job Description

Job Role: UX/UI Designer - Digital ExperienceSalary: £60000 - £75000Location: Fully Remote - Head Office in LondonYou will be joining a unique FTSE250 company with a unique business model and a unique way of marketing products. Heavily focused on design you will be joining an in-house team and hit the ground running on a brand refresh project with our client.Experience:

  • A solid understanding of user-centred design with the ability to balance user and business needs with exceptional attention to detail
  • Best-in-class design, wireframe (low and high fidelity) and prototyping skills
  • Able to clearly demonstrate your process, methodology and approach to UX design strategy
  • A self-motivated individual who enjoys delivering high quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy being part of a UX community to share, collaborate and give/receive feedback on your work
  • Comfortable with conducting user interviews and user research sessions
About the role:
  • Youll be part of our Digital Experience squad, responsible for the UX across both the app & web platforms for the customer account area.
  • Youll help drive the product strategy through user research and data to create simple, seamless, and intuitive digital experiences for our customers.
  • Conduct user research to discover insights that help define the product experience and strategy
  • Distil user insights and business requirements into customer journey flows
  • Create wire frames and prototypes to test and validate product ideas
  • Interrogate data to understand users behaviour and inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and key stakeholders and be the voice of our customers
  • Understand the importance of inclusive design and always meet accessibility standards
  • Make continuous improvements through running experiments, A/B testing, user testing and user feedback
  • Create experience maps/service blueprints to help the business identify opportunities
  • Run UX ideation workshops to drive shared understanding across teams
