Are you a UX Designer who loves to create beautiful, meaningful digital designAre you looking for an exciting UX Design opportunity with an award-winning digital agency with a differenceThis dynamic agency are looking for an outstanding UX Designer, with the passion and ability to confidently take on a brief from start to finish, translating ideas and design concepts into interactive and memorable prototypes.The UX Designer is an integral part of the design process, creating business-critical solutions for a wide range of clients and sectors, from innovative renewable technology solutions to global retailers in fashion, homeware and FMCG as well as sports, leisure and education.With an in-depth understanding of UX Design and Research principles, and the ability to translate users needs and business requirements into simple usable digital interfaces you will confidently understand and process large amounts of information, and comprehend and solve complex problems a cross an exciting portfolio of global clients.Essentials…

  • Comfortable with a range of design techniques such as sketching, wireframing and protoyping using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision Studio, XD (or similar), other design or protoyping tools a bonus - Principle, Framer, Figma, After Effects, Keynote
  • A strategic user-focused mind, with the natural enthusiasm for storytelling
  • Experience delivering a broad range of digital design projects, including digital interface design, digital brand development, wireframing, UX strategies
  • The know how to translate data / findings into design decisions
  • Previous experience and comfortable playing an acting role conducting project discovery sessions, user research and analysing qualitative and quantitative metrics to uncover insights
  • Experience designing mood boards, storyboards, UX outputs (e.g. user flows, empathy mapping, site maps, user personas, etc.)
  • The confidence and ability to articulate and present creative ideas to your team and clients, and to challenge colleagues and clients with research to drive and improve
  • Contribution to the agency practise through sharing inspirational research and ideas for evolving the design process
  • Experience of working within a digital agency environment or in-house Product Design team is essential along with demonstrable experience of large scale or complex digital products design
