Job Description

Dovetail and Slate are working with an education provider in central Leeds who are looking to employ a Travel & Tourism Lecturer.This temporary role is to support the team in delivering the curriculum, we are open to consider part time and full time applications.As a tutor you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an innovative approach to motivating learners and delivering Travel & Tourism lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Support the team in all elements off the department, including planning, delivering and marking learners work and all administrative tasks.
  • Following all polices and procedures at the college.
To be considered, we are looking for people with:
  • Experience of delivering lTravel & Tourism lessons to age 16+ learners.
  • Experience of working in the Aviaton industry.
  • Minimum Level 3 Teaching Certificate, or working towards.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work with a range of people.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and e-literacy skills, including using Office 365 and various IT packages, e.g., Word, Excel.
