  • Partnering with businesses to help them grow by supplying high quality candidates
  • Telephoning/meeting senior executives, looking to generate business relationships
  • Sourcing candidates, headhunting and managing the full recruitment process
  • Autonomy over your own projects
  • Negotiating new business agreements
  • Closing business deals
    • Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2:1 degree from a Top University or 12 months + proven sales or recruitment experience
  • Commercial experience shown through internships, work experience and extra-curricular activity
  • Confident on the phone, able to build rapport quickly and establish long lasting relationships
  • Resilient with the ability to think big’
  • You must be able to demonstrate that you’re ambitious, money motivated, results driven, self-motivated and naturally competitive
