Job Description

They are looking for people who have a fantastic drive to succeed, are money motivated & who arent afraid to roll their sleeves up and work hard... and smart!The role then (In a nutshell):

  • Learning the IT market inside out, becoming an industry specialist.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders of businesses of all sizes and providing them with an unrivalled recruitment service.
  • Using a range of search techniques, youll headhunt the best candidates for the role and your client.
  • Using your knowledge and training, you will manage the recruitment process from initial point of contact right the way through till day of candidate start, and beyond.
In return for your hard (smart) work you will get:
  • Basic Salary of £20k reviewed on completion of your 3 month training
  • Uncapped Commission up to 30% (Realistic OTE of £35kY1)
