Job Description

Role: Trainee Recruitment ConsultantLocation: LeedsPackage: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)Our client is a forward-thinking, innovative recruitment agency specialising in Financial Services, Compliance & Risk and Legal recruitment with offices in Leeds, Singapore, and New York.   • Initially this is a 180 model, moving into a 360 role as you progress
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates
