Job Description

REED Education is a specialist division within REED Specialist Recruitment, and we are currently looking for a new consultant to join our team in Leeds due to increased demand for our services.Our office is a top three branch for REED Education nationally; as a business we are one of the UK’s leading Education recruiters - providing a supply and permanent recruitment service as well as being a named supplier on the Department for Education’s ownCCS Framework, and a partner of their National Tutoring Programme.In short, we are set up for success - a household name with a proven local and national reputation.What’s the job you’ll be doing

  • We are an Education recruiter - therefore you’ll be working with schools in Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford to provide an end-to-end supply service.
  • You’ll recruit Teachers and Teaching Assistants to meet the demand of the schools you’re working with, ensuring quality is at the heart of everything you do.
  • We understand that recruitment in today’s market requires a different approach to KPIs - therefore we won’t just set you huge sales call targets as though you’re living the Wolf of Wall Street on a daily basis! Instead, we’ll tailor thigs to suit the positionof your desk.
  • You’ll blend telephone activity with written communication and face-to-face meetings, ensuring you are always taking the best approach to meet the needs of your candidates and clients.
  • We’ll give you immediate business to work with and we’ll support your development from day one!
