  • Business development - developing relationships with new and existing clients through a wide range of activities, face to face client meetings, and negotiating partnership agreements
  • Client management - maintaining established relationships with regular contact and meetings
  • Candidate management - registering candidates, understanding their requirements, motivations and aspirations to allow you to match to appropriate vacancies, keeping in touch with active candidates and keeping them up to date on new vacancies
  • Teamwork - effectively promoting other disciplines and brands within PageGroup and working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Recruitment - managing an end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefing, to shortlisting, interviews, and offer management
