We are currently looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants to work in our SEN schools in the Leeds area!We have both day-to-day supply roles and long-term opportunities available, depending on your flexibility. This position would be due to start ASAP or in January 2024.About the role:• Working with small groups of children• Providing intervention support• 1:1 support for children who have SEN where required• Supporting the class teacher• Helping to maintain a clean, exciting environment• Full and part-time roles availableAbout you:• At least 1 year of experience in working with children - nursery practitioners, experienced TA’s, ECT’s, Support Workers, Youth Workers and Sports Coaches are strongly encouraged to apply!• At least 1 year of experience supporting people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).• A driving license and own car is highly desirable, as the role may involve transporting children.• A real passion improving the attainment and social outcomes of children.• Prepared to get stuck in, be resilient and persevere.• Heaps of positivity, creativity and passion for encouraging children to succeed.About us:We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, meaning your pay will be equal to that of a permanent employee.You will benefit from your own dedicated Engage consultant who will provide ongoing support and guidance.You will be invited to our wide range of continued professional development (CPD) training sessions, provided by our in-house team of experienced senior leaders.
