Job Description

Role:Telesales AgentContract Length:PermanentWorking hours:Monday to Friday.Salary:£25,000 per annum.Job Role:We are currently working with a lleading UK based distributor looking to onboard an outgoing, passionate Telesales Representative to work within their thriving Andover hub. With 16 locations across the UK and over 1300 employees, this is an exciting opportunityto join a rapidly growing, forward thinking business looking to reward the hard work of the right individual. This is a phone-based role, so you must be comfortable and confident speaking with customers on a daily basis via phone.Telesales Representative Responsibilities

  • To ensure high standards of customer services, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service.
  • To promote the sale of own brand products and up sell other products.
  • To retain strong relationships with account managers, helping them in acquiring new business and assisting with their administration needs.
  • To build relationships with weekly telesales customers, being a regular point of contact.
  • To carry out certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.
  • To plan calls and target GAPs in supply using relevant systems.
You will have:
  • Previous sales/customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A clear and personable telephone manner.
  • Confidence in your Microsoft Excel ability.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to digest and action relevant product/system training.
