If you want your talent to be recognised and rewarded, and looking for a new challenge then this is the company for you.DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst will work within the companys BSA team, providing high-quality business systems analysis and IT requirements for projects and enhancements.In this Senior Business Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Support the Team Leads to enable provision of quantitative information on project status, including progress, risks, issues and blockers to allow for clarity/transparency and informed decision making
  • Review team working practices/procedures to identify opportunities to improve quality or productivity
  • Effectively lead IT analysis and act as the centre for IT requirements
  • Mentor other team members (developers, testers, analysts)
ProfileTo succeed in your application, you will need systems or business analysis experience, ideally within financial services. You will also require the following:
  • Good technical understanding, with the ability to read business requirements and convert to a proposed solution
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience running multi-discipline collaborative sessions such as requirements exploration, estimations and solution walk-throughs
  • Thorough knowledge of best practice analysis processes and procedures (desirable).
