Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOBCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of Integrated Facilities and Corporate Real Estate Management. We are recruiting a Technical Asset Lead to join the team. The role will be based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and the data quality uploaded into the Service Insight System. Responsible for the processes and procedures including implementation where required to track the movement of assets around the estate.In addition to the above support may be required for the Divisional Compliance Lead.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIncreased client transparency of PPM delivery through SI7, Power BI & EDP, utilising the SFG20 Core and JLP Custom SFG20 as guidance. Improved capture of asset variations and implementation into SI7.Support with ongoing VX Sustain System Asset Management.Increased quality of Asset Data in SI7 incl but not limited:

  • Technically review the asset information to ensure correct Instruction Sets have been applied, in addition converse with Technical Supervisors & Engineers to enhance the quality of the PM work orders.
  • Support with schedule alignment with Supply Partner delivery PMs
  • System updates and reviews following variations & asset changes
  • Asset Data quality for reporting across the estate.
  • Ensure PPM maintenance plan is as per the contract agreement.
  • Ensure PPM SLA1 & SLA2 data quality is constantly reviewed and updated.
  • Working with Service Managers and Technical Supervisors to ensure assets, PPM, instruction sets, scheduling and data quality are as accurate as possible in line with SFG20 Core and JLP Custom.
  • Training and support on SFG20 and how to utilise the systems available to identify risks, etc.
  • Undertake regular reviews with Commercial Lead & Supplier Champions to ensure latest variations are captured and implemented within the system accordingly.
  • Issue out relevant sequence of asset codes to site with new plant / equipment.
  • Work with refrigeration SME to ensure that VX Sustain and SI7 are aligned with correct Asset Information
  • Support with any asset variations and any training requirements.
  • Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes and ensuring continuous improvements.
  • Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.
  • Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly.
  • PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Extensive experience in using excel system to manage asset data incl but not limited to lookups, trimming, concatenate and merging of large volumes of data.
  • Previous operational maintenance / facilities management experience.
  • Experience working in an asset management capacity.
  • Knowledge of SFG20, Compliance systems & CAFM Systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of Assets and PMs within the systems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Committed to service delivery.
  • Confidential and discrete approach.
  • Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities.
  • Be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time.
