The fact that we truly live and breathe our company values is what makes us really great, and our colleague’s careers are at the heart of everything we do!The role:As the Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work on the delivery of an exceptional recruitment service for Clinical roles across our estate. You will play a pivotal role in identifying the best nursing talent to join our care homes, while providinga seamless service for our Care Home Managers and other stakeholders. You will be partnering proactively with all hiring managers to effectively deliver on their recruitment needs, utilising a variety of sourcing methods, from job boards to head hunting.Your responsibilities will include:• Collaborating with internal stakeholders at different levels to define clinical hiring needs and provide guidance through the hiring process.• Posting job adverts internally/externally and monitoring these throughout the recruitment process.• CV sourcing and screening through job boards, applications, talent pooling, head hunting, social media and other creative methods. Attendance to job fairs and other sector events where required.• Consistently developing tailored strategies to identify candidates through traditional and more progressive methodologies, to ensure support for hard to fill/niche roles.• Booking in-person and online interviews in line with Hiring Manager and candidate requirements.• Collating interview feedback and supporting offer negotiation, including compensation start dates, relocation etc.• Ensuring individual KPIs and SLAs are met.• Working with the wider Talent and onboarding team to ensure candidates are progressed to start date following internal compliance processes.• Utilizing and maintaining MMCG’s internal ATS while providing accurate reports on ongoing recruitment activities as and when required.• Maintaining a high level of visibility and cooperation with stakeholders across the company, which may include participating in department initiatives or developing presentations for the Clinical Talent Acquisition function.• Working with the wider Talent team to share best practices and support.What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will have a passion for Talent Acquisition, and a genuine interest in becoming a subject matter expert in Clinical recruitment, while continuously developing and learning within their role. They will have the ability to prioritise tasks,adapt to changing circumstances, and the confidence to become a true advisor for colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills and confidence to build strong relationships will be a must, together with the ability to use availabledata to inform others and drive positive actions across the business.Knowledge and experienceWe have listed below some important traits and skills to be successful in this role:Essential• Relevant experience within a recruitment/resourcing role within the healthcare industry• Good understanding of recruitment policies and procedures (Including GDPR regulations).• Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)• Strong experience with stakeholder management• Competent use of Microsoft Office package• High professionalism and excellent communication skillsDesirable• Previous experience working within a regulated environment• Understanding of onboarding processes and requirements for clinical roles• Understanding of pre-employment checks and Right To Work policies and proceduresWhat we offer:At MMCG we strongly believe in developing our colleagues to become the best they can be in their roles!
