Job Family: Support WorkerLocation: Leeds,West YorkshirePay Rate (£): £9.00 per hourVacancy Reference: 027910Job Title: Support Worker - Full Time - 35 hours per weekLocation: Bramley area of LeedsShifts: Monday-Sunday, working on a rota of early, late and night (sleep in) shiftsPay Rate: £9.00 per hourAbout this Job:We are looking forfriendly, caring, reliable and conscientious care staff who want to make a real difference to the lives of people in the community around Leeds.You will be supporting individuals withAcquired Brain Injury to achieve the following:

  • Structure to their day
  • Support with activities involved in daily life
  • Promote their independence and re-enablement
  • Support the quality of life and potential of each individual
  • Requirements:
  • A knowledge of / employed experience in ABI care is required.
  • Fully flexible approach to 24 hour shift patterns -which include days and sleep-ins at competitive rates.
  • Confidence in lone working with vulnerable individuals in the community.
  • Ability to explore and support individuals in accessing community activities.
  • It is an expectation that all staff are to have had or be part of the COVID-19 vaccination process unless they can provide an exemption reason.
