Job Title: Supply Early Years PractitionerLocation: Wakefield, Dewsbury, Batley (Flexible Working)Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (Flexible Hours)Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a flexible role that allows you to choose your own working days and hours We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Supply Early Years Practitioners to work across Wakefield,Dewsbury, and Batley. This role offers the perfect opportunity for those seeking part-time or full-time positions with the freedom to tailor their working schedule.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Child-Centric Approach: Provide high-quality care and education to children in Early Years settings, fostering a safe and stimulating environment.
  2. Flexible Working: Enjoy the flexibility to choose your working days and hours each week based on your availability and personal preferences.
  3. Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with fellow practitioners and childcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of Early Years settings.
  4. Adaptability: Thrive in various Early Years environments, adapting to different settings, age groups, and educational philosophies.
  5. Positive Engagement: Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a nurturing and supportive learning community.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Early Years Qualification: Possess a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Previous experience working in Early Years settings is desirable but not essential. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different working environments and a willingness to embrace a flexible schedule.
  4. Passion for Early Childhood Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for the development and well-being of young children.
  5. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills with both children and adults.
  6. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work seamlessly within a team.
