Job Description

Supply Chain AdministratorMonday - Friday / Fulltime In-Office Role£23,000 - £25,000 DOEDo you have experience in Manufacturing or the Supply Chain sectorDo you like working to processes and structureWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a professional and innovative team.Supply Chain Role:You will focus on ensuring accurate purchasing and processing of all direct and indirect materials required to maintain production output.Supply Chain Responsibilities:

  • Process all goods inwards and outwards, collection of paperwork, stock receipt items and process invoices.
  • Process manual stock counts and maintenance of MRP system.
  • Liaise with suppliers and third-party transport to ensure OTIF delivery of items.
  • Liaise with Stock Controller to ensure completion of daily / weekly tasks.
  • Management of external haulage for timber transport in and out the business.
Stock Control & Inventory:
  • Report on material usage across all business units.
  • Creation of purchase orders in line with requirements and management of invoices.
  • Management and prevention of invoice queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and third-party transport to ensure OTIF delivery of items.
  • Vendor OTIF calculation.
  • Creation, maintenance, and distribution of delivery schedule.
  • Creation of POs, work orders, stock transfers, accurate and timely receipt on site.
  • Management of production by processing packsconsumption.
  • Prepare accurate reports.
  • Reconciling the ERP system each week to ensure all stock levels are accurate.
  • Management of direct materials in line with the production plan and indirect materials in line with process requirements.
  • Expediting and management of supplier deliveries through direct communications.
  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
Essential Experience:
  • Experience using Microsoft packages including Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Resilience
