Job Description

Are you passionate about developing staff and managing a teamWould you like to work within a modern environment and provide a customer service, outcome-measured serviceAs a CSC Supplier Team Leader your main objective is to interact with customers and team members to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests in line with customer excellence for our NHS Trusts. You will initiates and/orimplement resolutions as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered and maintained.   • To successfully recruit and on-board new starters, through robust and structured training programme, supportive buddy system and pro-active and continuous coaching.
  • To coach and train all team members to improve and develop their knowledge of systems, processes and in contact centre best practice behaviours.
  • Through regular 1:1 performance and development conversations identify and deliver training to team members.
  • Setting realistic, and stretching targets objective as part of the annual Performance Development Review, to be reviewed monthly.
  • Proactively plan for succession by identifying and coaching rising stars within the team.
What youll bring:
  • Experience in dealing with customer/client service facing environment
  • Can evidence exceeding in KPI delivery
  • Experience with handling challenging telephone calls and written computer-based communication (emails, live chat)
  • A good commercial understanding of business requirements and able to translate this into individual and team goals and objectives
  • The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, with minimal management intervention
  • Can plan and prioritise their own workload and the workloads of others
