SupervisorsStarting Salary from £12ph dependent on experienceDue to continued growth we are now looking to recruit SeniorSite Supervisors, Site Supervisors and ofcourse site installers/erectors.About usOur clients are a growing external hoarding company covering the whole of the United Kingdom.We specialise in the external hoarding system, which is currently one of the few PVC hoarding systems erected in the UK. Our client base exists of all the market leaders in the construction industry, and therefore we carry out all works to a high level of standard and health and safety procedures. We have been in business for over 7 years, with annual turnover growing by on average 35% per year.We are currently looking for professional, experienced working supervisors and site installers to complete projects across the UK.·The applicants we are looking to talk to will be possibly SSSTS certified and have a CSCS Health & Safety card.·You will have experience working as a supervisor leading teams or been part of teams working on varied construction sites.·Our supervisors / installers will possess a clean driving licence and will be prepared to work away from time to time.·We offer above market rates for the right candidates along with company vehicle (supervisors) and uniform.Duties will include but not limited to the following:-·Working supervisor/installers on the installation and dismantle of internal hoarding, external hoarding and scaffold cladding, including the erection of the framework, cladding and finishing.·Ensuring all materials are accounted for and removed from site and the end of each job.·Ensuring you and your team members work to the highest health and safety standards·To ensure all employees are wearing the correct PPE and that all PPE issued is fit for purpose.·Our site supervisors will oversee all work and that it is carried out in a safe and well-structured manner, with consideration always to safe working practices and ensuring that all involved follow our risk assessments, method statements and company policies at all times.·To manage any issues and disruptions on site directly as soon as the issue is noted; reporting to your line manager accordingly.·Ensure a good site appearance, and manage relations with main contractors, other trades and the public.·There will be occasions that you will be required to work at the depot and warehouse to fulfil the following duties·.To assist with any stocktakes and stock management·To manage any maintenance issues, raising concerns with your line manager.·Ensuring all staff are keeping a high standard of housekeeping.Reporting directly to our operations managerTo apply please send your CV.Your application will not be processed any further if you do not meet the above specification/qualifications.
