The Student Experience Officer (Essex) position at Kaplan Open Learning (KOL) sits within the Student Services department alongside our Student Support and Wellbeing, Disability Support and Study Skills teams. The central objective of the role is to enhancethe student experience for those students studying a University of Essex Online programme throughout their entire learning journey in support of their progression, retention and student satisfaction. Particular consideration is given to developing a senseof belonging and community and working in partnership with students, ensuring that the student voice is heard and the feedback loop is closed.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated customer service expert, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.What you’ll bring to the role
