Your role will be to lead foresights as part of a high performing Customer Experience & Insight team, reporting into a Senior Insights Manager.In a fast-changing and unpredictable world, you will help the business to understand future scenarios and shape responses to change and navigate uncertainty with confidence.You will take a broad view and bring together societal, political, economic, industry and sector insights and trends to identify developments and drivers of change that have the potential to impact Asdas future.You will use a range of research and structured thinking methodologies to identify, analyse and communicate insights about the future. You will identify drivers of change, monitor them systematically and imagine multiple scenarios and plausible futures toanticipate and better prepare for change, stress test existing strategies and identify opportunity spaces for innovation, value generation and growth.You will support and facilitate the business to explore future scenarios, align on a vision for the future, understand what this could mean for consumers and agree actions to prepare for multiple ways the future could play out.Key Responsibilities
