LBGs Stockbroking business is one of the largest stockbroking platforms in the country with c.500k customers. As a platform we have an adventurous goal to grow ourbusiness significantly and achieve c.£30bn of AUA by 2026. Our priorities are maintaining a stable resilient platform, improving customer engagement through digitisation and simplification of our technology and delivering growth rough compelling pricing promotionsand marketing campaigns.Reporting to the Managing Director of HSDL, this role has overall accountability for setting and delivering the commercial strategy for Stockbroking. Youll work to improve the Discoverability, Comprehension, Conversion & Engagement of Digital customer journeysacross public, secure & 3rd party sites. Youll also explore how market and industry changes will influence and challenge the stockbroking business and develop plans to react.Location & Ways of WorkingOur team works out of our Leeds hub, therefore well need you to be based a commutable distance from this area. We work in a hybrid model with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of two days a week, enabling colleagues to experience the benefits oftime in the same location as their colleagues while also entrusting colleagues with choice about how, when and where they work, to deliver their best.You could help make it possible...Youll handle sophisticated partner networks demonstrating internal relationships to deliver change, and utilising and building your external contacts to build the profile and understanding of Stockbroking. Your execution plan will deliver for customers, whichwill help us to achieve significant growth in AuM through the acquisition of new clients, deepening relationships with existing customers and developing retention strategies.What would you get involved with
