Monday to Friday, daytime only - - - Well established business - - - Enhanced Holiday AllowanceRole: Sous ChefLocation: North LeedsHours: 0700-1600 - flexible working availablePay: £11.50 per hourStart date: ASAPThis is an exciting daytime role with opportunities for menu planning and development, regular baking and the chance to create engaging ways for the pupils to interact and learn more about cookery skills.As the Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef to lead the committed and experienced team. The kitchen team are happy to support each other, helping you to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You may also assist with training requirementsand will enjoy seeing your team learn and develop within their roles and catering careers.And for yourself, as an experienced chef looking to develop their management skills, you will enjoy opportunities to deputise for the Head Chef as the business expands, leading to further progression and promotion with plenty of training to support you alongthe way.You will be joining an established and growing catering business with multiple locations throughout the UK, offering you both stability and progression.As well as a competitive pay rate of £11.50 per hour, (full time equivalent £23,920), you will enjoy an enhanced holiday allowance and any overtime worked is paid at time and a half. Ideally you will be working Monday to Friday, 0700-1600, however some flexibilitywould be considered for the right candidate.
