Job Description

Family SolicitorA national award winning firm are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their growing team in Leeds. The Family team are one of the UKs leading family law teams, accredited by independent legal guides Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, with decades ofexperience dealing with all family related legal matters.The Role

  • Managing a caseload of Privately funded Family casefiles including divorces, financials, specifically child maintenance issues.
  • You will also benefit from working alongside the Partner who is a leader in the field offering an incredible learning opportunity and exposure to high profile and HNW cases.
  • You must be technically skilled
  • Used to dealing with and leading on both day-to-day and high value, complex cases and be a natural team player.
  • For this role, experience in child maintenance with a sound understanding of Child Maintenance Service regulations is a big advantage.
  • Ideally with the capability to cover representation at Child Maintence Service tribunals and appeals hearings.
  • The successful candidate will be able to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated cases
