Job Description

Job Title: Site Manager Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum | Company Car or Car Allowance | Managers Bonus Location: Leeds Hours: Contracted to 40 hours per weekAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join Flogas Britain Ltd at our Leeds site. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing a bulk storage & cylinder distribution facility. Focused on safety and compliance,you will effectively manage all aspects relating to people, assets, processes and performance associated with the site.The Role

  • Responsible for managing, leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Effectively managing the sites in accordance with business and legislative requirements
  • Managing safety in accordance with the Safety Management System to meet compliance and driving a safety culture.
  • Adhering with transport compliance, including vehicle maintenance, Drivers hours and Tachograph regulations in addition to Working Time Directive regulations
  • Managing compliance of company processes and procedures relating to sales, stocks, financial controls within the operating system (CODAS)
  • Managing Plant costs and stocks within budgeted levels and customer demand
About You
  • Experience of working with customers
  • Visible and credible leader
  • Knowledge of working to Health & Safety and employment law good practice
  • Proven experience of effective process management and financial controls procedures (P&L & Budgets)
  • Computer literate, including competence in Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Full car driving licence holder
