**Shipping Co-ordinator**THE COMPANY...Our client based in the Leeds area have an urgent requirement to join their established team. This role will be working closely with the Shipping Manager the successful candidate will deal with all aspects of shipping goods into and out of the UK. Therewill also be some UK freight.THE ROLE...Negotiate freight ratesBook collections/dispatcheswith freight forwarders, couriers and UK hauliers.Managing all documentation ensuring timescales and process are followedRaising documents relating to letters of creditBook stock accurately onto the systemCheck certificates of analysis and document on the systemThe ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of INCOTERMS. A course will be offered if the candidate does not have IATA certification.We are looking for positive and engaging individuals who have excellent customer service skills and can communicate with clients at all levels.
