There will be some new terminologyand skills to get to grips with but dont worry, well provide you with the comprehensive training needed to get you up to speed.If youre looking for your next step within financial services administration and support then this could be a great opportunity for you! We can offer you blended working with some days based at our Leeds city centre, brand new office and some days workingfrom home. There wont be any late evenings or weekends to work either and we also offer a very competitive basic salary plus the ability to increase this once you complete the IOC study modules.What youll be doing:

  • The role of Share Plans Support Advisor is based within our Operational Share Plans Team.The team is responsible for all aspects of contact with clients and participants of Employee Share Plans, maintenance and general administration work for the clientsrecords.
  • This role will be responsible for all technical processes and needs to conform to all regulatory obligations including CASS rules.
  • Managing a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans.
  • Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program.
  • Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and external procedures and FCA regulations including the CASS rules.
  • Research and respond to incoming client or participant enquiries ensuring that complex issues are explained fully, using the appropriate written style in line with the clients branding.
  • Ensure administration is processed to internal and external service standards
  • Feedback to Supervisor where standards may be compromised
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with other departments enabling completion of tasks and queries.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in line with Links Treating Customers Fairly policy at all times.
What were looking for:
  • Proven numerical, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills preferred.
  • Any previous experience working within financial services / banking or back-office roles.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active.
  • Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Engaging and forward-thinking attitude.
  • Good Communication - the ability to listen, express and articulate information effectively, facilitating two-way communications to help create a culture of openness and engagement.
