Job Description

Service Team LeaderInitial Medical£21,100 + Leads Commission and BonusLeedsInitial Medical Services is a market leader in the collection and disposal of clinical, hazardous and offensive waste streams. Our markets include dentists, GPs and nursing homes to name a few. Not the most glamourous of products but certainly an essential for ALL businesses.We require a Service Team Leader to support the operations of the Leeds branch and to organise the Service Driving Team in this branch.RequirementsAs the Service Team Leader you will be responsible for the following;

  • Supporting the service management operations whilst continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the customer service provided by the Service Centre.
  • Monitoring the driver performance through accompanied customer service visits.
  • Support and coordinate driver resource, whilst managing and developing our Service Drivers based at the service centre, contributing to the development of an efficient service centre environment.
  • Ensure that all vehicle documentation is maintained and that servicing and repairs to the vehicles are carried out as required.
  • Ensure that route details are known by the service support - operatives and supporting, as required, to ensure operations run efficiently.
  • Driving commercial vans to cover routes when needed.
    • To be considered for the Service Team Leader you will hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points. It will be an advantage if you have experience in managing a fleet of commercial vehicles with good knowledge of transport legislation. Naturally you will have strong communication and organisation skills.BenefitsRewards:
