Job Description

SEO ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full-time SEO Manager based in Leeds. The successful candidate will earn £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year.This is a client facing role and will be a key part of our digital team following recent company growth.The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.Role Requirements

  • Experience in a smaller agency preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in SEO.
  • Have a solid understanding of how to identify organic search opportunity, set business-relevant KPIs, project organic search performance and estimate expected return-on-investment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable public speaking.
  • Collaborative communication - Youre able to have conversations with web developers to ensure optimisations are aligned with SEO best practices and client KPIs.
  • High standards of work and attention to detail is a must.
  • This is a client facing role so great interpersonal skills are required.
  • Passionate about driving success for clients.
Role Responsibilities
  • Lead on the delivery of client SEO campaigns to ensure best practice, innovation and excellence are displayed across all activityinclusive of strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Carrying out SEO Audits and keyword research for a broad range of topics.
  • Experience in both eCommerce and Brochure site SEO.
  • Content strategy ideation and implementation.
  • Use of SEMrush, Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
  • SEO campaign planning and reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of UX & UI and its impact on SEO to work closely with client development teams to resolve issues relating to broken links; redirects; alt text; image optimisation etc.
  • Conversion optimisation.
  • Analytics and reporting.
  • Deliver excellence in required communication and client service standards for each client.
  • Innovate new technologies and ways of working, monitor market trends in order to support internal growth and efficiency strategies.
