And of course, a great mix of challenges and projects for the Dev team.You will play an important role in our continued growth as more brands sign with us.The Role:Working closely with clients, team members & other stakeholders, you will be expected to manage the build process from start to completion ensuring that projects are completed to agreed timelines.Primarily you will be developing websites using Umbraco V7/8, ASP.net and a range of exciting modern technologies. Working closely with the Head of Design / UX you will help turn visual prototypes into high performance websites.You will be working on a number of diverse projects across a range of sectors; clients include several Global businesses and household names such as Virgin, Age UK, and the NHS to name a few.Together with Greenfield projects, the role will include strategically supporting, maintaining and enhancing existing websites and proactively helping our clients achieve success.We are also looking to actively develop our own products to serve certain markets so experience in creating SAAS style offerings would be advantageous.Our success as a digital agency has been built through cutting down the traditional agency layers and directly aligning our experts with our client’s challenges. We get to know our clients; we become extensions of their businesses, and we become trusted advisors and mentors.About You:+ Umbraco CMS experience (Version 7 / 8)+ Frontend development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, JavaScript)+ .net MVC C#+ MS SQL Server / Entity Framework+ Understanding of source control (Git / BitBucket)+ Windows Server Administration (IIS, SQL Server)+ Experience integrating with web services / APIs+ Best practice web performance+ Excellent communication skills+ Ability to work well under pressure+ Positive team playerHighly Desirable:+ Scoping / requirements gathering+ Strong client facing skills / project management+ Technical SEO knowledge+ Accessibility standards knowledge (WAI etc.)+ Active member of the Umbraco community / MVP / Umbraco Certified+ Other CMS experience - Sitecore, Kentico, EPI Server, WordPress etc.+ E-Commerce experience - NopCommerce, UCommerce, Merchello etc.+ Cloud experience (Azure / AWS)+ Knowledgeable on DevOps culture, practices and toolsLocation:During the Covid-19 pandemic we took the decision to become a remote first business.
