Youll be a part of a highly successful tech team, consisting ofexperts of their fields.As the Senior Test Analyst, you will be the leader of the QA and testing team. Any experience of leading or managing a testing team will put you in great stead for the role. The leadership characteristics that youll need will be the ability to mentor andteach more junior testers, manage the organisation and distribution of tickets and liaising between other departments, acting as the head of QA.With a collaborative approach, you will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support our wider goal of delivering excellent customer service to both our clients and their users.From a technical perspective the role will entail both manual and automation testing.
