You will have the chance to play a pivotal role in our success by driving the adoption of our products in hospitals and building a platform for future business with the NHS.You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by driving the growth of our business while promoting pioneering products that will help to save lives.The RoleAs the Senior Territory Account Manager, you will maximise sales of Novacyt’s products to NHS hospitals throughout Yorkshire.Specifically, you will focus on our unique clinical diagnostic portfolio which includes best-in-class respiratory and transplant diagnostic products. You will implement robust sales strategies to achieve the highest amount of revenue for the business and the ongoing adoption and expansion of our product pipeline.Working within the fast-paced environment of healthcare, you will win new business and undertake actions quickly and effectively. Your key objectives will include strategizing for accounts, markets, relationships and the territory, implementing your strategies and delivering on your targets.Additionally, you will:- Participate in quality compliance for the design, manufacture, sale, and global distribution of products- Support internal and external audits- Generate, review and amend quality system documentation- Manage key suppliers from a quality perspective- Support and develop data for the input into the site management reviews- Review technical, regulatory and QMS documentation- Actively participate in complaint investigation and vigilance reporting processesAbout YouTo join us as a Senior Territory Account Manager, you will need:- Experience of selling to, and managing, NHS pathology accounts in the UK, specifically, experience with molecular, microbiology and/or virology laboratories- Evidence of developing business, demand and revenues within the NHS- An understanding of the NHS, the healthcare market and patient care pathways- Experience of using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a team player mentality- The ability to influence, both internally and externally- A degree (or equivalent) in a molecular, life sciences or diagnostics subjectPre-existing relationships in the NHS and the industry would be beneficial to your application.An understanding of pathology operations and processes would be advantageous to your application, as would knowledge of molecular biology products (PCR/qPCR) and microbiology testing.Other organisations may call this role Senior Account Manager, Senior Sales Account Manager, Healthcare Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, BDM, or Pathology Account Manager.Webrecruit and Novacyt Group are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
