Senior Support Engineer - ITIL-V3/v4 - £45k - LeedsAfter a large Merger, a client of mine have some major changed coming in 2021. They need a Senior IT Support engineer to run the Service Desk and mentor the junior Service Desk engineers. They have massive growth plans which means there is a lot of potential to progress and take on more responsibility.You will be working in an ITIL environment which is why an ITIL v3 or v4 foundation certification is needed. There will be 2 junior support engineers who you will be mentoring but their line manager will be the Head of IT.
