Due to growth in the department, we are recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to join the site team in West Yorkshire acting as the main technical adviser on site for Colas. You will understand and interpret the drawings and specificationsand provide engineering expertise and support to the project team whilst Monitoring works in progress. You will be checking the setting out of sub-contractors as required and provide information to enable the commercial team to review and interrogate sub-contractoranalysis. The Ideal CandidateThe perfect candidate will hold the relevant Construction qualifications and have experience working on Civil Engineering / Major Highways schemes. You will be proficient with setting techniques and equipment, with previous experience of NEC & ICE contractingstandards and have the ability to deliver major projects possessing the organisational skills to meet demanding deadlines. It is important that you have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills and are able to manage multiple projectssimultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
