CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Leeds on a contract basis for 12 months and has an hourly rate of up to £29.05 per hour PAYE DOE.The Company:Our client is a multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturing company who offer the worlds most comprehensive portfolio of orthopaedic and neuro products and services for joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine, neuro, cranio-maxillofacial, power tools and biomaterials.The Location:The role is based at our clients state of the art R&D and production facility in Leeds. This site is a short distance from the M621 and is easily commutable on public transport as it is a short distance from Leeds city centre. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer: - Project management.- Technical writing.- Leading teams in root cause analysis.- Leading meetings and gaining participation from team members via skype.- Working to deadlines with teams that have different priorities.The Background of the Senior Quality Engineer: - Project Management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently- Proficient with root cause analysis & problem solving methodologies.- An applied knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.- Effective communicator.- Leading teams in root cause analysis.- Good documentation skills (technical writing).- Ability to organise others.Desired, but not essential: - Previous CAPA experience.- An understanding of the principals of risk management.- Engineering background.Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
