Salary: £56k - £65k + 15% bonusLocation: LeedsFirmly positioned within the tech sector as an industry-leading company, our client is a world-renowned and ever-evolving organisation that has arisen to the top of the crowded marketplace through a strict and meticulous brand philosophy that centres aroundcustomer focus, innovation, and quality.With the brand currently experiencing unprecedented growth across all sectors of the business and having received 1bn in investments from a leading global private equity investor, the team are restructuring their internal operations to be more product-focusedand are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager with a love for leading company-wide projects to help deliver on their team expansion goals.Taking responsibility for the leading and mentoring 2 product managers (with the possibility of more) that will all look to you for clear direction across customer, client and courier parts of the business, the ideal candidate will relish working withincollaborative, fun environments and enjoy using their strategic OKR alignment skills to push the brand forwards.Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate across senior leadership and help to define and execute the product strategy
• Maintain responsibility for the achievement of product OKRs and wider ORKs
• Prioritise the product roadmap and backlog and ensure items are linked to delivering outcomes
• Gather a comprehensive view of the product portfolio within a given value stream
• Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders in design and tech and ensure consistency is maintained with principles and overall strategies
• Remain abreast of all operations within product lifecycles and ensure new ideas and strategies are tested and implemented where appropriate
• Set individual KPIs that represent value stream progress against goals and strategic vision
• Support company product teams on a range of tasks (budget, marketing etc.)
• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable company/Industry expert that SMEs can look to for support etc.
• Manage budget, risk assessment, marketing, product launch, business change and maintenance throughout product lifecycles
• When appropriate, provide assistance with problem definition and ideation sessions
• Take responsibility for the training, recruitment and upskilling of Product Managers
• Streamline the product management process
• Provide support to Product Managers as they communicate across the business

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience working with delivery squads through buildsFirm background in digital
• Deep understanding of End-to-end process from Ideation to retirement (ETA window for deliveries)
• Previous 4 + years within a similar product manager position
• Experience defining and managing OKRs, KPIs etc.
• Skilled communicator that can manage and influence stakeholders across the business
• Exemplary knowledge of working within a product-centric business
• Deep business acumen
• Interested in the wider industry and the key trends/approaches that are appearing across the sector
• Background using modern product management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Craft.io, Airfocus, ProdPad, Roadmunk, Jira/Confluence, etc.)
• Demonstrable understanding of software development processes (think Agile/DevOps etc.)
• Full understanding of all aspects of product lifecycle management (from budgets to ROI to product retirement and all in between)
• Experience in driving product through IT. lifecycle including Go-to-Market, in-life and EOL management
