What youll doWe’re looking for a SeniorProductDesigner to join our super talented Bet Tribe Design team. We design, develop, test and maintain all of Sky Bet’s digital assets. We also runITV7, Super 6 and the Fantasy Football league for Sky Sports.You’ll work collaboratively with the business to create innovative products, applications and software that can handle the biggest of challenges - like 11m financial transactions every Saturday afternoon.Having gained a demonstrable wealth of experience working in the digital industryyou’ll have well developedUIand UX skill sets and a rich diversity of experiences to call upon. You’ll have a passion for creatingeasy to use, enjoyable experiences for our customers that are engaging, consistent and encourage Safer Gambling where possible.Every product designer atSkyBetis expected to work across the full design stack.How youll do itWorking with your multi-disciplinary Squad.Youll partner closely with you fellow Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product and Engineering to find engaging practical solutions to design challenges. Working closely with your Product partner youll provide the thought leadership developing the right product strategy and come up with solutions that keep our users coming back.Leading projects across the entire product lifecycleand multiple product launches youll work closely with your Product partner, you’ll set the vision for the user experience and foster a collaborative culture bring others on the design journey. Youll use your skills to bring people together to build a shared understanding of the problem space.You’ll deeply understand the customers you’re designing for.Whether it’s joining user research sessions, gathering insights from previous studies or running your own lightweight research usingUserZoom, you’ll strive to understand the‘what’and‘why’of the problem you are solving ensuring we arenot justdoing the‘right thing’but doing the‘thing right’.You’ll help raise the bar of design.Were a small highly talented team,every designer has a crucial role to play inadvocatingforusercentreddesign and continually improving our community of practice - whether thats through improving our skills and tools, leading one of our ceremonies or giving constructive candid feedback in our Feedback Workshops.You’ll use your facilitation know howto run engaging ideation sessions and other design workshops to help explore, develop and prioritise potential product ideas.Youre passionate about your own and others development,youll proactively seek out and provide feedback from designers and your wider squad in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship.As a Senior member of the Bet Design team, youll will play an active role in team stand-ups, design meetings and work shares,assisting where possible to help the Head of Design to innovate and refine team routines to make us more efficient, innovate new processes and encourage best practice.Software knowledge:

You will have a working knowledge of the industry standard Digital Design software includingFigma,Zeplin, Miro and Sketch.

A knowledge of our primary testing and design validation toolUserZoomwould be an advantage.

A knowledge of working with Component libraries and Design systems would be an advantage.
