Would you like the opportunity to oversee and provide management for small, person centred childrens services in LeedsThen this Senior Manager role could be ideal role for you!An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager, to provide management support to Registered Managers for small childrens residential services in Leeds. These services are person centred and support children with their personal development.The services provide support to children to develop their confidence and independence which includes accessing the community and carrying out the many social activities that children enjoy.Senior Manager RoleThe Senior Manager role is diverse, and my client is considering applicants who are enthusiastic and who can motivate managers and work with others to achieve goals.As a Senior Manager, you will have proven multi-site experience of improving children’s services and achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people.Extensive experience in staff leadership and management, financial management and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.As a Senior Manager, you will be required to report to the Head of Care, and be responsible for the operational performance for the Yorkshire Services, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.You will be part of the Leadership Team, and contribute to the formulation of the organisation’s business planning process, with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.Or you could be currently performing the role of Senior Manager, and is ready for a new challenge and the opportunity to enhance the person centred care of the childrens services.You will be values driven, have strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving service delivery.Senior Manager QualificationsIdeally have Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.CompanyThe organisation are a charity, who provide person centred care to children with the focus upon developing their confidence and independence.
