The organisation is offering a fantastic base salary and one of the best benefits packages around. They are based in Leedscity centre and you will need to be in the office three times a week.Responsible for IT Delivery and Governance within the organisation.Responsibilities;

• Manage the portfolio of IT Projects, including the delivery methodology, change process and risk management.
• Responsibility for driving continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through delivery of projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality and security constraints.
• Consult senior-level stakeholders across the organisation to identify Technology needs and to optimise the use of Technology.
• In accordance with the IT and wider strategies, plan and control the IT Delivery Budget and report on variances and expenditure.
• Oversee and assist in building relationships with vendors, create cost-efficient contracts and manage escalations to resolution from an initial IT Delivery perspective.
• Provide effective leadership and management of the IT Project Delivery function to deliver a responsive service with a focus on continuous improvement and a customer-centric culture.
• Establish regular, clear and consistent channels of communication at all levels within the bank.

Knowledge, skill and experience requirementsTechnicalEssential

• Demonstrable experience of Business and IT Project Delivery and Change with a successful track record of delivering such Change.
• Defining, transforming, and managing a PMO function.
• Relationship management, including demonstrable experience of representing and reporting Business and IT Project Delivery and Change with C-Suite, Senior Management colleagues and 3rd party Service Providers.
• Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions in a business context.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent service with an attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resourcing.
• Demonstrable experience of operating effectively in a challenging delivery focused environment containing blended teams (e.g., permanent, contract, vendor, managed service providers and systems integrators).
• Outsourcing and vendor management.
• Organisational strategies and needs.
• Creation of frameworks, user guides, processes and systems optimised to efficiently reach organisational goals.
• Membership of APM, PMI or PMP or equivalent.

Desirable

• Good knowledge of Prince2, Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
