Job Description

Since opening their doors, our client has become one of the most well-established and loved travel brands in the UK. Their resonance they have built with their consumers by constantly adhering to their desires, has allowed them to maintain constant growthwinning some prestigious awards along the way! With ambitions of growing their brand awareness even more, they are now on the hunt for a Senior Email Executive to join their Leeds based team but have the option to fully work from home too!Main responsibilities of the Senior Email Marketing Executive

  • Work closely with the CRM and Design Manager to develop creative campaigns to enhance the customer lifecycle
  • Plan, create and execute company email marketing campaigns from start to finish (HTML, graphics, links, dynamic content, audience etc).
  • Run segmentation analysis to improve the database with VIP clients
  • Have a great knowledge of industry trends and developments, and know how to work with KPIs
  • Research for new business opportunities to improve the customer contact and the CLTV
  • Build an excellent understanding of the customer behaviour to assist creating successful CRM campaigns online and offline
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements of content or time of execution
Required skills for the role
  • Previous experience in an Email or CRM role
  • Experience working with analytics and segmentation tools like DotDigital
  • Excellent analytical skills are required to run effective CRM performance reports
  • You must have basic knowledge of HTML principles
  • Ability to analyse data as well as excel reporting skills
  • Be a team player, but with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience working with mobile e-crm would be desirable, but not essential for the role
