By combiningadvanced technology with human intelligence, they bring brands closer to customers to help them make faster and smarter business decisions.You will be working on a market leading Insight Community platform that allows brands to connect and engage with millions of existing and future customers in real-time to build a 360 view of who they are, what they think, how they behave and crucially why.Businesses use this new and critical market knowledge to optimise marketing and customer strategies to gain competitive advantage.The RoleYou will be working on ex-plor, their best-in-class solution to building, managing and delivering Insight Communities and Audience Panels - harnessing the voice of a brands customers and target audience. Available in multiple languages, it enables our customersto conduct mixed method studies and sustains member engagement, enabling accurate and robust collection of both structured and unstructured data.ex-plor is sold into major brands both in the UK and globally with platform sizes ranging from 5k up to 100k members, all hosted within AWS. The platform is used for both qualitative and quantitative research and is designed to support self-service as wellas a fully managed platform and research offering.As part of an investment to develop our ex-plor platform we are introducing a new survey solution, which needs to reach feature parity with the third-party survey solutions that the ex-plor platform currently integrates with.Reporting into the Principal Engineer, you will work within our .NET core development team. You will be a people person with the ability to communicate at all levels of a business, both internally and externally.As a full stack engineer, you will be expected to take a key role in the refinement of development tasks, and you must be willing to challenge requirements and take ownership of your commitments. A pragmatic approach to development is a must, as well asthe ability to work closely with the product teams to deliver the best outcome for the customer.The company follow a mature but continually improving Agile Delivery Model with a strong focus on DevOps.
