Senior Divisional Manager Leeds£35,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Comms + Free Parking + Surface Pro + 22 Day Hols + Bank HolsExciting times at TRC! We are experiencing unprecedented growth in our Temp Division and are looking for a Senior Divisional Manager to take the reins of the Temp Division and drive it forward.As a business we cover a multitude of sectors and disciplines, however, this role will sit within our Temp Division, focusing on placing temporary candidates to businesses Nationwide.If you are highly organised, with an excellent work ethic, a hunger to succeed and experience providing managing a team of Temporary Consultants, then we want to hear from you!The JobYou will be managing a team with 12 direct reports that’s already turning over in excess of 10 million per year. In this role, you will be responsible for:· Building and growing the current temp team· Managing the current team and enabling progression and growth within the team.· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships· Maximising opportunities with current accounts and/or clients· Identifying new business opportunities and winning new clientsTo be successful within this role you must:. Be a great team player· Have recruitment background within Temp· Have management experience· Experience penetrating blue chip companies, organising on-site etc would be a huge advantage· Real desire to succeed and grow an already booming team and take it to the next level· Respond to formal tender processes· Develop bespoke proposals· Look to add and develop growth within PSL business’TRC are looking for a very specific individual.
