Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior CRM Strategy Executive to join our Bet CRM Strategy team!The team is responsible for designing the customer communications strategy for our Sportsbook and Sky Games brands. Its an exciting time to join as we embark on a huge project to overhaul our tools and targeting capabilities, enabling real time customeraction based communications & better decisioning to drive targeting and personalisation!Here is a summary of some of your main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain close relationships with the Bet Commercial team to understand the key commercial objectives to align our CRM strategy with their priorities.
  • Keep the customer at the heart of all strategies, focusing on relevancy, personalisation and prioritisation of the key message for each customer.
  • Collaborate with the wider CRM teams to understand our tool & data capabilities, proactively working together to find opportunities and build into plans.
  • Regularly document, review and share CRM performance with key partners across the Bet and Customer Tribes, showcasing new innovation and ideas.
  • Work with Business Intelligence to regularly review and understand performance against pre-determined meaningful metrics of all activity to improve and shape future directions.
  • Pursue opportunities for innovation and keep abreast of industry and business developments.
As a strong communicator, you will play a key role bridging the gap between teams to bring your plans to life, understanding challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive impactful plans which improve the delivery resource we have available.Passionate about the customer experience, you will seek to understand more about our customers and their preferences through data, research and CX centre. Identifying and developing opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.Championing the analysis of CRM, you will ensure all activity has clear, defined KPIs aligned with Commercial strategy. You will share results and use analysis to drive and shape improvements to CRM strategies.As a CRM Subject Matter Expert, you will support junior members of the team if needed but also support the business on cross-brand activities and Safer Gambling Initiatives.You need to be flexible to changing business performance and prioritise activity, therefore we are looking for a highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Confident in interrogating the numbers to drive recommendations, you will be an analytical problem solver with a strong commercial acumen.
