Job Description

Senior Creative Designer Leeds Competitive Salary JobPurposeTo work closely with the Head of Creative to produce on-brand, inspiring and exciting design work andtosupportothersindeliveringthesame.Key Responsibilities:

  • WorkingwiththeHeadofCreativetocontinuallydevelopthevisualbrand,
focusingonouruniquepersonalityandpointofdifference
  • Alwaysthinkingahead,observingthemarketplaceandproactivelydevelopingnewideas.
  • WorkwithotherSeniorDesignerstomaximisesynergyinconceptdevelopment.
  • Supporting and inspiring other members of the creative team, ensuring their understanding of the brandandhelpingthem deliver fantasticwork
  • Sellingworkintoseniormembersofthebusiness,takingconstructivefeedbackanddeliveringworkthateveryoneishappywith.
  • Supporting the Studio Manager in continually improving creative processes to enhanceworkflow aswellasteam motivation.
  • Challengingbriefsandworkingcloselywithaccountmanagersandmarketingteamstodevelop thebestworkpossible
  • Buildingrelationshipswithinternalteams
  • Sometimesworkingtoshortdeadlinesand fastturnaround times.
Accountability
  • Workingwitharangeofmedia -fromcatalogueandretailPOSworktoemailandwebassets
  • Discussingtheobjectivesandrequirementsofeachbriefindetailwiththeprojectowner
  • Estimating the time required to complete a job and providing an appropriate timeline to studiomanager
  • Producingdesignworkthatisexcitingandonbrand andtakesintoaccountseasonal themes
  • Challenging thinking and providing new creative solutions where you believe we will achieve abetter outcome
  • Checkingyourworktoproduceaccurateandhigh-qualityoutcomes
  • Presentingfinalisedideasandconceptstoaccountmanagersandsometimestheseniorteam
  • Making sure deadlines are hit, working with the studio manager where necessary to negotiatenewtimelines
  • Working effectively and supportively as part of a team of designers, account managers, webdevelopers andmarketing specialists.
