Job Description

With the companys share price more than doubling over the past 12 months, the business is rapidly expanding globallyacross Europe, US, Australia & South America!They have brand news offices across the UK complete with gyms, showers etc. and as their new Senior Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of the co-ordination, development and embedding of the Groups compliance framework across several licenced countries!JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take ownership of compliance across several jurisdictions including regulatory changes, licence applications/renewals, marketing compliance and ongoing regulatory liaison and reporting.
  • Lead Compliance Analysts in their role of handling the day to day requirements of the assigned licences (monitoring and oversight, regulatory reporting, regulatory communication, audits management, games submissions, liaising and internal partners)
  • Understand, supervise and review all developments within the regulatory environment, recognising areas which need improvements and acknowledging risks within the business
  • Maintain relationships across the business to ensure partners are aware of new upcoming regulations, highlighting any risks and coordinate implementation as the need arises.
  • Lead compliance in relation to products, strategies and operational processes and procedures, working with partners and management
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in compliance (or legal/accounting/audit)
  • Experience of managing relationships with regulators and external auditors
  • Previous exposure to the online gaming industry (bonus)
  • Understanding of online gaming and current global issues affecting online gaming (bonus)
